CCP has the expertise to perform quality repair of virtually any type and manufacture of rotating equipment. We provide rapid response 24 hour service, 7 days a week, to ensure minimum downtime and production loss. You can rely on our experienced field service group to arrive at your facility prepared to perform the necessary diagnosis and repairs to get you back in operation in record time.

At CCP's complete in-house repair facility, disassembly and reassembly procedures are performed using safe work practices at our large, open mechanic workstations. Each workstation is equipped with overlapping jib cranes. In addition, a heavy duty overhead crane services the entire shop. Following disassembly, your unit is moved to the clean up area where each part is thoroughly steam cleaned, then sand, grit, or bead blasted (if applicable) in our drive-in blast room.

Our Engineering department will then inspect and study the unit, first for diagnosis of failure, then to determine the best possible repair procedures. Our engineers will also recommend available upgrades to increase reliability and efficiency for your particular application.

Once our engineers have developed and submitted a detailed scope of repair, including applicable upgrades, the project is transferred to our extensive manufacturing department where skilled machinists will perform the needed repairs and applicable modifications. Necessary weld repair is performed in-house on practically any type of material. Raw material is normally available from our extensive stock of exotic and heat treated metals, which prevents delays in project completion. Numerous quality control checks are performed during the manufacturing process.

Finally our quality assurance department performs a thorough final inspection prior to sending your completed parts back to the assembly department, where each step of the assembly procedure is closely monitored and documented to ensure that your unit will run smoothly and trouble free after installation and alignment by our experienced field personnel.

Upon completion, your unit will operate better than the day it was first installed.
